This is a contract position of a minimum of 6 months commencing in December. As our Project Manager you will work closely with the COO and the Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to manage client delivery, escalate issues, and mitigate project risks. You will be responsible for managing project timelines for simulation builds and other required customer work/requests. Your excellent project management skills will also include managing project budgets, assessing milestones, and communicating risks. Engaging external stakeholders and SMEs to capture project timeline requirements
Manage project timelines with internal stakeholders
Create project change orders where applicable on projects
Complete project planning on resourcing needs, ensuring that issues related to efficiency and effectiveness are addressed with proper channels
Working with the Instructional Designers and Media to form project plans successfully
Leading platform deployment to our clients during product launch
Project budget reporting experience is desirable
Cross-functional management experience across Sales, Instructional design, and Product teams
Agile project management experience
Certification or Diploma in Project management or relevant experience
5+ years of experience in project management roles, ideally in the SaaS or learning software fields
Previous experience with simulations or gamified eLearning would be of interest but is not essential
