Delivering measurable behavior change with immersive simulation

Watch this Training Magazine network webinar to hear how leading organizations have successfully added immersive simulation to upskill and delight learners at scale.

Declan Dagger and John Fallon share:

  • Behavioral change data showing the business impact of immersive simulations
  • A live tour of cutting-edge tech in immersive learning simulations
  • The different uses cases for how simulations can be used alongside existing eLearning
  • How new technology facilitates the rapid introduction of high quality simulations

In a recent survey of 400+ learning leaders, 95 percent of those using simulation learning reported positive learner impact and success in achieving organizational outcomes.

Intuitively, we know that simulations engage learners with realistic scenarios, but we now have the evidence to show they deliver upskilling at scale. Unlike other forms of digital learning, simulations measure the application of skills and bring breakthrough performance improvements.

The massive shift to online learning has seen a parallel increase in eLearning fatigue. However blending immersive simulations into programs addresses this issue head on while delivering more effective training outcomes.
