Double gold recognition at the 2022 CLO Learning in Practice Awards
ETU would like to congratulate IBM Consulting for winning double gold at this year’s CLO Learning in Practice Awards.
The Trailblazer Award
Andrew Wolff was awarded gold in the Trailblazer category (division one).
Andrew had the vision to see the breakthrough potential to personalize learning at scale, based on skill data from a series of learning simulations. This is now delivering seat-time savings of 30%, as the program rolls out to 100,000 learners. The Trailblazer Award is for learning executives who have completely overhauled existing workforce development initiatives in the past year.
The Innovation Award
Kelly McCrory-Lynch was awarded gold in the Innovation category, (division one).
Kelly spearheaded a modern and innovative learning design supported by her learning colleagues, business stakeholders, and the ETU team. The Innovation Award is for learning executives who have marshaled resources and applied innovative practices, processes and technologies in a new and groundbreaking way to address a significant business or organizational opportunity.
Excellence in Technology Innovation
ETU was also an award winner for Excellence in Technology Innovation this year. This category recognizes vendors that have rolled out an innovative learning technology for a client. This award recognizes that simulation training is a catalyst to transform skills programs at scale and deliver real business value.
