ETU achieves ISO Certification

ETU achieves ISO Certification, reflecting continued commitment to data quality, security and privacy.

ETU has today announced its certification for ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 27001 Information Security Management and ISO 27701 Data Privacy extension, making it one of the world’s first learning technology companies to do so. Certification to ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, marks a new chapter in ETU’s commitment to achieving the highest levels of trust in its data quality, security and privacy.

The ISO 9000 family contains the world’s best-known quality management standard for companies. ETU secured formal certification to this standard as a signal of our continued focus on delivering exceptional customer success, our robust processes and dedication to continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that ETU customers consistently receive high-quality products and services, helping us to continue to exceed customer expectations as we grow.

Not only did ETU achieve certification in ISO 9001, we went a step further to simultaneously be certified in both 27001 and 27701. Certification in ISO 27701 and ISO 27001 demonstrates ETU’s continued commitment to deliver excellence in data security and personal information protection. This information security standard helps organizations further protect customer and employee data, and our certification is a recognition of our industry leadership in privacy and security practices.
