ETU sponsors UpSkill America’s efforts to advance education and training for workers

UpSkill America

ETU is a proud partner of the UpSkill America network, a national movement to build a skilled workforce and expand economic opportunity for America’s workers.

Over the next year, ETU will help underwrite UpSkill America’s ongoing efforts to assist and educate companies with their upskilling efforts. UpSkill America is a movement that promotes education, training, and advancement practices to help workers progress in their careers and move into better-paying jobs, with the goal of expanding opportunity for America’s workers and helping our communities and economy thrive.

“Every worker should have access to education, training, and development that equips them with the skills and knowledge they need to advance in their careers. With the help of corporate sponsors like ETU, we move closer to realizing this goal,” says Jaime Fall, Director of UpSkilling America.

Declan Dagger, CEO of ETU, reflected on the new partnership: “As we work with our own clients on their upskilling initiatives, the needs of workers are top of mind. UpSkill America works with businesses to help them understand how investing in the education and training of their workers leads to improved recruitment, retention, and engagement – all of which boost the bottom line. We wholeheartedly support this important mission.”

Together ETU and UpSkill America focus strategically on giving companies the information, strategies, and tools they need to navigate upskilling --- to everyone’s mutual benefit.
