ETU wins two Brandon Hall Group gold awards

ETU is proud to have won two Brandon Hall Group™ gold awards in 2024. Our two awards are co-awards with ETU customers, and they spotlight excellence in the Learning & Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion categories. 

We are thrilled with the success IBM & Microsoft saw after partnering with us on their simulation solution. What we accomplished together is truly remarkable, and it's great to see it recognized in this way.

Entry title: Transforming partner onboarding through simulation

L&D_Gold  Brandon Hall Award BadgeIBM partnered with ETU to develop a transformative onboarding program. IBM Consulting Partners and Associate Partners went through a series of immersive simulations around the sales process. Innovative simulation learning helped new hires break down institutional knowledge and accelerate upskilling on IBM’s sales process. As a result, revenue and signings of the group that went through the simulations was 2x the group that didn’t go through the simulations.

Category: Best Learning Program that Supports and Promotes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Entry title: Building D&I skills through high-impact simulation

2024 DEI_Gold Brandon Hall Award BadgeMicrosoft partnered with ETU to develop high-impact simulations that introduce immersive simulated workplace scenarios where employees can practice their D&I skills, receiving real-time feedback that fosters lasting behavior change. The team has leveraged the unique skills insights from simulation to further inform D&I learning strategy.
