Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Category: Best Learning Program that Supports and Promotes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Entry title: Building D&I skills through high-impact simulation
Microsoft partnered with ETU to develop high-impact simulations that introduce immersive simulated workplace scenarios where employees can practice their D&I skills, receiving real-time feedback that fosters lasting behavior change.
