ETU has been named a 2024 Learning in Practice Awards winner by Chief Learning Officer during their annual ceremony held on October 22, in Tucson, Arizona. The Excellence in Technology Innovation category recognizes vendors that have rolled out an innovative learning technology for a client such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, apps, video, social collaboration tools or games and simulations.
“We look forward to CLO's Learning in Practice awards each year, and it's an honor to be included in the 2024 round of winners. ETU's powerful simulation technology continues to shine, providing tangible value and skills data to our customers each day. Bravo ETU team!”
Katie Laidlaw, CEO at ETU
The strength of ETU's learning simulation platform was evident to the award selection panel. One example of this was ETU's partnership with a global organization to accelerate new hire performance through high-impact simulation. Through a transformative onboarding program, new hires went through a series of 10 immersive simulations. These innovative simulations helped new hires accelerate upskilling on their sales process. As a result, revenue & signings for the group that went through the simulations was significantly higher than the group that didn’t go through the simulations.
Chief Learning Officer’s Learning in Practice Awards recognize industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of workforce learning and development programs. Gold, silver and bronze awards are given annually in two broad categories: practitioner and provider.
