When we get emotional, it’s a memorable experience which can impact our ability to learn. Conventional e-learning often fails to create an emotional connection with learners. Immersive simulations do, as they create an emotional response that leads to employee buy-in, skills retention, and behavioral change.
Using immersive simulations in place of ordinary e-learning experiences is not only a better emotional experience for the learner, but ultimately it is a better business decision.
